After a hectic free agency period, NFL teams turn their attention to shoring up their rosters through the draft. The 2025 NFL draft takes place from April 24 to 25 in Green Bay, Wisconsin and will feature some of college football’s top talent looking to join the ranks of their new NFL teams. The Titans hold the first overall pick and will be selecting from a list of players that includes several top-rated prospects.
The Cleveland Browns and New York Giants follow the Titans, with the latter picking second and the former grabbing third. The order is determined by the record each team finished with, with tiebreakers in place for the case of a three-way tie.
With this year’s class of top quarterback prospects being a polarizing one, Shedeur Sanders was expected to hear his name called in the opening round, but he was passed over for Dillon Gabriel and Tyler Shough by the New York Giants at No. 40. The polarizing Colorado quarterback still has plenty of upside, but his accuracy, anticipation and ability to escape pressure are the things that really stood out to the Giants.
After losing Calais Campbell and Da’Shawn Hand in free agency, the Miami Dolphins are in dire need of some help on their defensive line. This is where they turned to Grant, a space-eating interior lineman who can instantly improve the pass rush and give Zach Sieler a chance to make more plays up front.
